Standard & Power QFN / DFN

Cirtek’s QFN and DFN are JEDEC compliant and is available in sawn version only. The quad (QFN) version are available in standard body sizes from 1×1 to 8×8 mm packages while the dual (DFN) version comes in various body sizes from 2 x 1 to 8 x 8 mm.

Custom or special package sizes are available. QFN/DFN  packages are available in various package thickness. Cirtek can design customized body sizes to provide a foot print that can be direct replacements for your SOIC, SSOP, and MSOP.
