Through Hole

CIRTEK through hole package offerings are PDIP (Plastic Dual-In-line Package), SIP (Single-In-line Package) and TO (Transistor Outline) in plastic and in metal can.

CIRTEK PDIP lead count & body size as follows: 8L, 14L, 16L, 18L, 20L, 24L  (300 mil PDIP) 24L, 28L, 40L (600 mil PDIP)

CIRTEK TO packaging are in TO-92 plastic and various metal cans TO-18, TO-5, etc.

•  TO-92 comes in two configuration :  TO-92 standard package with 2L and 3L pin count and TO-92 flat package with 3L pin count.
