What is a passion fruit?

Passion fruit is popular for its fragrant aroma and sweet-tart taste. Grown in tropical regions, the round fruit has hard skin on the outside and yellow pulp and black seeds on the inside. It is rich in vitamins C and A, fiber, and nutrients like calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. It helps lower your cholesterol and reduces your risk of diseases like diabetes, and also helps your kidneys, nerves, muscles, and heart.
