Smoked Deboned Milkfish

Our deboned milkfish are smoked using 100% virgin beechwood chips imported from Germany which guarantees a robust, smokey flavor and a safe, chemical-free product.

Comes in the following fish sizes:

Baby – 4 pcs per pack, serves 8 people
Small – 2 pcs per pack, serves 6 people
Large – 1 pc per pack, serves 7 people

Preparation:

• Shallow fry both sides for 5 mins or until golden brown.
• Bake in oven for 10 mins.
• Serve immediately.
