Sol’s Italian Food is a Philippine manufacturer of premium handcrafted fruit liqueurs inspired by authentic Italian tradition and made with locally sourced Philippine ingredients.
In 2017, Italian chef Moreno Sartor from Venice, Italy, brought his passion for authentic Italian craftsmanship to the Philippines. Inspired by the country’s rich variety of tropical fruits and agricultural products, he envisioned creating premium liqueurs that combine traditional Italian methods with the finest locally grown ingredients. Together with his wife, Sol, he established Sol’s Italian Food, producing handcrafted liqueurs that reflect both Italian heritage and Filipino excellence.
Today, Sol’s Italian Food continues to promote Philippine agricultural products by transforming locally sourced fruits into world-class premium liqueurs that are enjoyed by consumers in both local and international markets.
Sol’s Italian Food bagged the 2022 Katha Awards in the Beverage category at the IFEX Philippines 2022. The award seeks to strengthen the reputation of the Philippines as a go-to destination for the globally competitive Asian food and ingredients by recognizing brands or companies that present new flavor profiles, innovative ideas, unique food fusions, and creative packaging methods in their food products.
