In 1972, Nittsu NEC Logistics, Ltd. (formerly known as NEC Logistics, Ltd.) was established in Japan as the subsidiary of NEC Corporation to handle their domestic and global logistics.

In 2013, the company became a joint venture company between Nippon Express and NEC Corporation to expand their business as a specialist in precision electronics logistics in NX Group.

Nippon Express NEC Logistics Singapore Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Nittsu NEC Logistics, Ltd., was established in 1999 to provide high-quality logistics and global forwarding services in Singapore as global logistics hub in Southeast Asia.
