Laguna Organic Farm & Products (LOFP) manages certified organic farms and processes harvests in our own BRC certified facility. We ensure our products are compliant to global food safety standards and fair trade practices.
LOFP was founded by two married civil engineers, Engr. Herminio & Engr. Erlinda Ocba. Ther first business is a construction company that was established in 1980 and currently in full operation. As the construction company grew, Engr. Herminio realized that his passion for farming never left his heart as he was raised by his farmer father in Southern Leyte, a province in the Philippines.
He bought his own small farm, planted countless seeds with his own hands, attended seminars on organic farming, and started to experiment and study processed crops. In 2003, the couple opened another company and named it Laguna Coco Products. Their first product was cold-pressed virgin coconut oil. As they recognized the opportunity of exploring different agricultural products and wanted to help other farmers to earn more, they expanded their business and changed their company’s name to Laguna Organic Farm & Products.
