ELASI Philippines is a Philippine company manned by highly experienced personnel. ELASI Philippines is incorporated in October 1993 and started operations in March 1994 doing assembly of RF and microwave components, magnetic heads and transformers.

Recently, ELASI Philippines acquired major interests in existing operation to add to its capability the assembly of Hybrid circuits and SMD products. ELASI Philippines is privately held and is a subsidiary of ALIP-BASIL Group of companies which is engaged in agri-business in the Northern part of the Philippines. ELASI Philippines is basically a contract assembly house although it does not discount the possibility of a turnkey arrangement.
