On April 16, 1990, it was registered as one of the companies under Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Mactan Economic Zone I, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines, with PEZA Certificate Registration Number 90-012.

On July 1,1991 it officially started its commercial operation as a manufacturing company.
