This Privacy Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines how PHX Source (a Qsweep company) (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

• With government agencies, such as PEZA and the Department of Tourism and Industry, for regulatory purposes.
